PCM与PWM电液数字阀测控实验台的设计

摘    要:流体脉码调制(PCM)与脉宽调制(PWM)数字控制技术,因具有结构简单、工作可靠和抗干扰能力强等优点,已成为计算机直接控制液压或气压系统的重要选择方式。为满足对这种控制技术实践学习和数字控制阀的测试要求,从系统原理、总体结构及主要元件的选择等方面,设计了一种PCM与PWM电液数字测控实验台。利用该实验台可完成液压数字伺服控制实验及组合式数字阀和高速开关阀的性能参数的计算机辅助测试。

Abstract:Fluid pulse code modulation (PCM) and pulse-width modulation (PWM), owing to their structural simplicity, operational reliability and strong anti-interference capability, have become a choice of priority in the direct control of hydraulic or pneumatic pressure systems by computers. As an attempt to satisfy the demand of practical learning and the testing of digital valves, a testing and controlling experimental bench for PCM and PWM electric-hydraulic digital valves is designed in this paper. The principle, overall structure and major components of the system are provided. The bench can help to complete the digital hydraulic servo-control experiment and the computer-aided tests of important functional parameters for digital and highspeed on-off valves.
