电涡流法测量涡旋压缩机轴向间隙的可行性试验研究

摘    要:介绍了电涡流法测量位移的基本原理和性能,设计了静态校正系统,对电涡流位移传感器进行了静态特性测试,并对不同测试材料的输出特性进行了试验对比。用设计的动态测试平台模拟涡旋压缩机中形成轴向间隙的动静盘间的实际运动情况,利用基于虚拟仪器技术的数据采集系统记录数据波形。试验结果表明,电涡流位移传感器静态和动态性能好、灵敏度高、输出信号强,能满足涡旋压缩机轴向间隙小位移量的测量要求,输出波形信号频率能精确反映压缩机的转速变化情况。指出了传感器用于涡旋压缩机实际测量时的安装要点。

Abstract:The eddy current method was used in the measurement of axial clearance in scroll compressor. The general principles and characteristics of eddy current displacement sensor were introduced. The static calibration system was designed to carry on the static performance experiments and different materials were tested and compared. The dynamic test rig was designed to simulate the actual motion of orbiting and fixed scroll plates which form the axial clearance. The experimental data were recorded by date acquisition system based on virtual instrument. The experimental results show that the eddy current sensor has high sensitivity and preferable static and dynamic performances. It is particularly suitable for axial clearance measurement in scroll compressor. In addition, the frequencies of output waveforms reflect the rotational speed of compressor precisely and an accurate method to measure the rotational speed of scroll compressor was proposed. Finally, the key points of installation on actual scroll compressor were indicated.
