汽车变速箱同步环精锻技术的发展

摘    要:介绍了汽车变速箱同步环精锻技术的发展历程。同步环原采用铜合金精锻成形,但由于钢质同步环比铜质同步环造价低、强度和硬度更高,使用性能更好,即使目前钢质同步环精锻时某些部位成形困难,充填不尽理想,然而最终取代铜质同步环仍是必然趋势。

Abstract:This paper introduces the development course of the tech no logy of precision forging on synchronizer ring in car gearbox. Previously, synch ronizer rings were made by precision forging with cuprum alloy. Comparing to cup rum synchronizer ring, steel synchronizer ring has lower price, higher intensity and rigidity, and better usability. Although there are some difficulties, such as failing to fill fully, on producing steel synchronizer ring by precision forging presently, steel synchronizer ring replaces cuprum syn chronizer ring is the inevitable developing trend.
