Zn-5% Al-RE合金镀层钢丝的形貌和耐腐蚀分析

本文简要介绍了钢丝热浸镀技术的特点和各种工艺方法，着重评述稀土锌铝合金镀层在钢丝防腐中特性。并用金相显微镜，扫描电镜等手段对Zn-5％Al—RE试验品进行了系统分析，在宏观及微观上对Zn-5％Al—RE镀层的各项性能进行了评述。试验表明Zn-5％Al—RE合金镀层比纯zn镀层具有更加优异的耐磨性和成型加工性。助镀剂的配方是整个工艺的关键所在。

Morphology and Anticarrosion of Zn-5% Al-RE Alloy-Plated Steel Wire

This papaer chiefly introduces the fectures and some methods of hot - dip - coating technology. The properties of Zn -5% Al - RE alloy - plated layer used to prevent steel wire from rot have been emphtically reviewed. We have used microscope, SEM and other methods to systemically analyze Zn -5% Al - RE Alloy plating. Various properties of Zn - 5% Al - RE alloy - plated layer have been minutely discussed in macro and micro view. The test results show that Zn - 5 % Al - RE alloy - plated layer has better wearability and formability than pure zinc - plated layer. The mixture ratio of plating - supporting is the Key to the technology.
