大型锂离子电池系统UN38.3检测技术研究

摘    要:大型动力锂离子电池成为新能源汽车电池的研究热点,《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书标准和试验手册》中UN38.3明确规定了小型锂离子电池的检测要求和方法,但对大型锂离子电池只提出了检测要求,却没有给出明确的检测方法。本文对大型锂离子电池系统UN38.3检测技术进行了深入研究,以帮助动力锂离子电池企业做好大型锂离子电池的UN38.3检测,顺利完成锂离子电池的出口。

Abstract:Large power Li-ion batteries have been a research focus for new energy automotive bat- tery, "the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Standards and Test Manual" UN38.3 clearly defined testing requirements and methods for small Li-ion battery, but for large Li-ion batteries only proposed testing requirements was given, without giving a clear detection methods. In this paper, depth research was given, to the detection technology of UN38.3 for large Li-ion battery systems. It is helpful to companies of large Li-ion battery to ful- fill the test of UN38.3, in order to achieve the successful completion of the export of Li-ion bat- terles.
