微胶囊化分散染料的拼染

摘    要:针对适于拼染的微胶囊化分散染料的筛选问题,选用C.I.分散红73、C.I.分散黄211、C.I.分散蓝183进行微胶囊化。通过改变微胶囊化的芯壁比控制分散染料缓释速率,考察微胶囊化分散染料在实施无助剂高温高压染色时的相关染色性能,如上染曲线、初染率、匀染性及提升力等。结果显示:微胶囊化分散染料的染色性能随芯壁比的变化而变化;将筛选出的微胶囊化分散染料组合应用于拼染黑色,匀染性、干湿摩擦牢度及水洗牢度较好。

Abstract:In order to study the. dyeing properties and select the optimum color matching of the microencapsulated disperse dyes for combination dyeing, C.I. Disperse Red 73, C.I. Disperse Yellow 211 and C.I. Disperse Blue 183 were chosen to be microencapsulated. The ratios of the core to wall were changed during the course of microencapsulation so as to control the release rate of the disperse dyestuff. Meanwhile, the related dyeing properties of the microencapsulated disperse dyes were studied respectively, such as dyeing curves, up-take rate, levelness and build-up. Based on the results, the optimum mixing of the microencapsulated disperse dyes for combination dyeing in absence of auxiliaries, was found out. Then it was applied to combination dyeing of black shade, and the dyeings exhibited rather good levelness, dry rubbing fastness and washing durability.
