| Abstract: | Combined with the development of real estate market in China, it discusses from many aspects such as green residence, open and comfortable character, rate of function and price as well as the setting level of residence. Meantime, it researches the globalization and localization of residential buildings, in order to offer guidance and reference for the design of residence in the future. |
