NiO-MoO_3-TiO_2/Al_2O_3溶剂油脱芳烃催化剂的制备

摘    要:研究了原位溶胶-凝胶镀膜法制备工艺对NiO-MoO3-TiO2/Al2O3催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,采用乙醇作为溶剂,通过控制pH,可有效解决孔收缩问题,制备出的催化剂中孔发达,活性组分氧化镍分布均匀。在n(Ni)/n(Ti)为3.43时,加氢后航空煤油中的芳烃含量可降至0.01%以下。引入钼后,催化剂的加氢活性和稳定性均有明显改善。

Abstract:The NiO-MoO3-TiO2/Al2O3 catalyst prepared by in-situ sol-gel method was investigated.The pore contraction could be solved with using ethanol as the solvent and the mesopores were evenly distributed.Moreover,the distribution of active component,NiO,could get the optimization by pH controlling.The aromatic content of aviation kerosene would be decreased to 0.01 % after dearomatization when the mole ratio of Ni to Ti was 3.43 and the catalyst had great improvement in dearomatization activity and stability with the addition of Mo.
