| Abstract: | In this paper, the author identifies three indications marking that China has entered the low-carbon economic development stage. This paper concludes that 1) the low-carbon energy is the basic guarantee of low-carbon economy, 2) the clean technology is the key of the low-carbon economy, 3) recycling is an effective way of low-carbon economy, and 4) the sustainable development is the fundamental direction. The author also advocates low-carbon living as it falls into responsibilities of mankind. |
