折叠式共轴双旋翼桨叶操纵机构的设计

摘    要:依据飞行器桨叶操纵机构的操纵原理,考虑到共轴双旋翼桨叶扭转的设计要求,以及折叠翼桨叶的安装角度要求,对可折叠式共轴双旋翼飞行器的桨叶操纵机构进行结构仿真设计.使用虚拟样机,以Pro/E、ADAMS为软件平台,在Pro/E中建立零件和机构的三维模型,在ADAMS中进行操纵机构的运动学模拟仿真验证.仿真结果表明,该机构可以实现设计的预定操纵动作,桨叶单行程的旋转最大角度为33°.

Design for Operating Mechanism of Foldable Coaxial Rotors
Abstract:Based on the control principle of aircraft blade control mechanism and considering the demands of coaxial double rotor blades torsion design and folding rotor installa-tion angle ,structural simulation for operating mechanism of foldable coaxial rotors is designed.Three-dimensional mod-els of components and mechanism are established in Pro/E and ADAM by using virtual prototype technology.The kine-matics simulation validation of operating mechanism is worked in ADAMS.The results show that the mechanism can achieve the predetermined design Manipulations.Maxi-mum rotation angle of the blades single stroke is thirty-three deg rees.
