煤炭企业人力资源保障新举措

摘    要:
随着社会的进步与发展,煤炭企业在生产技术、机械化程度、科学含量等方面均有了很大的提高,产业工人也从过去的追求温饱转向了追求高品质生活,因此企业只靠泰勒的"重奖重罚""、胡萝卜加大棒"的传统管理方式,难以对员工实现有效的管理。文章介绍了煤炭企业人力资源管理现状,提出了人力资源管理新理念,列举了人力资源管理新举措。

Abstract:
Along with social progress and development,the coal enterprise in production technology,the degree of mechanization,the scientific content and had the very big enhancement,industrial workers from the past the pursuit of food and clothing to the pursuit of high quality life,so the enterprise only by Taylor's "the seizing of grueling","the carrot and the stick" traditional management mode,is difficult to realize effective management staff.This paper introduces the coal enterprise human resources management present situation,and puts forward the new idea of human resources management,and lists the new measures of human resource management.
