摘    要:为对生物样品中~(90)Sr进行快速有效地检测和缩短检测周期,本研究采用新型Sr·Spec固相萃取树脂对生物样品中~(90)Sr进行分离纯化,结合硝酸消解预处理、碳酸盐沉淀、低本底α/β测量等,通过大量实验验证,建立了一种生物样品中~(90)Sr的快速检测分析方法。该方法直接对~(90)Sr进行富集分离和测量,省去~(90)Sr与90Y平衡时间,检测周期大幅缩短,对Sr化学回收率约为80%。

Rapid detection of90Sr in biological samples
Abstract:Background:90Sr is the key monitoring object in the domestic and foreign environment because of its high fission yield and long half-life. There are mainly three methods in current standards, which are all used to measure the content of90Y for calculating the content of90Sr. All these methods have long experimental periods. Purpose: This study aims to build a method to detect90Sr in biological samples rapidly and effectively and to shorten the detection period.Methods: A new90Sr detection method in biological samples is built. And a new Sr·Spec solid phase extraction resin is used to separate and purify90Sr in this method, combined with digestion pretreatment, carbonate precipitation, low background alpha and beta measurement.Results: This method is to determine directly the content of90Sr. The detection period was shortened obviously and the recovery of Sr was about 80%.Conclusion:Experimental results show thatthe new method is rapid and effective for90Sr detection in biological samples.
