摘    要:以在航空领域有广泛应用前景的2 mm厚2060-T8 Al-Li合金为研究对象,进行了搅拌摩擦焊对接接头的试验分析,重点研究焊接工艺参数影响焊接接头成形的规律.研究结果表明,呈碗形的焊缝由轴肩作用区与焊核区组成;轴肩作用区的等轴晶的晶粒大于焊核区.当搅拌头的转速为800 r/min且焊接速度为80 mm/min时,焊接接头的表面成形良好且内部无缺陷.与800 r/min,80 mm/min相比,提高旋转频率或降低焊接速度,焊缝表面变得较粗糙;降低旋转频率或提高焊接速度,焊缝内部会出现隧道型缺陷.

Abstract:Friction stir butt welding of 2 mm thick 2060 Al-Li alloy sheet was conducted. The effect of welding parameters on joint formation was investigated. The weld presented bowl shape, and consisted of shoulder-affected zone and weld nugget. The equiaxed grain in the shoulder-affected zone was bigger than that in weld nugget. At rotational speed of 800 r/min and travel speed of 80 mm/min, defect-free joint with excellent-formation surface was attained. Compared to 800 r/min of rotational speed and 80 mm/min of travel speed, increasing rotational speed or decreasing travel speed made the joint surface rougher, while decreasing rotational speed or increasing welding speed would generate tunnel defect in the weld.
