光电二极管一维阵列信号采集非标准制式的实现

摘    要:在强力输送带横向断裂预报系统基础上,对部分硬件电路优化设计,碘化铯光电二极管为光电转化器件,CD4051为多路模拟开关,74LS163计数器为地址发生器,根据需要置成相应的计数器,产生相应的地址,从而实现了光电二极管一维阵列信号采集的非标准制式,使强力输送带横向断裂预报系统能检测不同带宽的输送带。

Abstract:On the basis of conveyor belt transverse failure prediction system, the design of parts of hardware cuicuit is optimized. The CsI photoelectric diode is used for photoelectric conversion CD4051, a multiplex analog switch, the 74LS163 counter,an address generator. According to the need of practice, 74LS163 is set to corresponding counter, which can realize nonstandard mode of the signal collection of photoelectric diode one dimension array. Thus the conveyor belt prediction system can detect belts in different width.
