| 摘 要： | 城市居住区由于人口集中、设施复杂、利益多元,容易产生各种类型的突发事件.本文就如何进行城市居住区突发事件应急处置的预案设计与准备、预测与预警、应急与控制、恢复与善后等问题进行了分析,并结合实际以图表的形式直观明确地给出了不同预警级别城市居住区突发事件的应急处理流程.

| Abstract: | Various emergencies frequently happen in city residential parts for its large population, complicated facilities and different group interest. Establishing preparedness programs, training and exercises, detection and forecast, response and control, as well as recovery and dealing with aftermath are analyzed respectively in the paper and the detection and emergency response mechanism system is exactly expounded in the light of actual conditions with clearly chartto show the concrete procedure to different incident. |
