摘    要:在水电站明钢管有支承环的钢管结构分析中,水电站压力钢管设计规范SD144-85中规定的计算部位为:①跨中;②支承环旁管壁膜应力区边膜;③加劲环及其旁管壁;④支承环及其旁管壁等断面的应力。一般计算支承环及其旁管壁断面应力的方法,系简化一等截面圆环来计算,这显然与实际情况不符合。本文根据支承环实际断面情况,研究了下列问题:①推导了带有刚体的支承环及其旁管壁断面的应力计算公式;②对如何决定刚体尺寸提出了

Abstract:The usual stress analysis method for the supporting ring and the wall of the penstocknearby is simplified to be an equal circle. Therefore, it is obviously inconsistent with the facts. According to the facts of the sections of the supporting rings, the author studied the following aspects:(1) Deducing some stress formulae for the supporting ring with rigid body and the wall of penstocknearby, (2) Offering proposals for determining the size of rigid body, and (3) Using the Specifiedand the author's methods to make a comparative analysis, then to point out the cases in which therigid body has greater effect on the stress of the penstock.
