| 摘 要： | 锦涤两用生产线是一条既可纺锦纶也可纺涤纶的灵活生产线。但要生产两种不同的纤维,生产线的设计有一定的难度。本生产线的设计以锦纶为主,再配套一些装置以生产涤纶。并介绍了生产过程中所遇到的一些问题以及作了相应的改进。实践证明,锦涤两用生产线是可行的。 |

| Abstract: | The production line for both polyamide and polyester is that can be usedto produce either polyamide fiber or polyester one. But, to manufacturetwo kinds of different fibers, the design of the production line is definit-ly difficult. The line is designed on the basis of polyamide fiber, and ismatchcd with some equipment to produce polyester fiber. Some problemsarising in the course of production are introduced and relevant improvementsare made. It is proved from practice that the line is feasible. |
