基于SolidWorks的锥套类产品参数化设计方法

摘    要:针对无键联接的锥套类产品设计重复性工作多的问题,提出一种基于SolidWorks软件环境的锥套类系列产品参数化设计方法,采用VisualBasic语言对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,建立了锥套系列产品的标准数据库和三维模型图库,形成了专用的锥套类产品参数化三维设计软件系统,为客户提供良好的产品数字化设计开发服务。应用实例表明,为开发出性能优良的产品,实现无键联接件的参数化锥套设计,缩短产品设计周期提供了技术支持,同时有利于企业信息化项目建设,企业产品结构升级,提升技术水平。

Abstract:For the new technology of no key connection field, there are traditional design of high intensity, repetitive work, many long cycle and so on. In this aticle, using Visual Basic on the second development of 3D CAD software and set an example to introduce the cone specific databases, the standard model library building and the parametric design process. Finally, a dedicated SoildWorks function modules was built, which Provided a good product for the customer design and the development of digital services. Application examples show that, for the excellent performance of developed products, The modules achieved without key connection piece - the modular sleeve design, parameterization, shorten the design cycle, At the same time, the parameterized design is importan to enterprise information construction, upgrade product mix and Technical level.
