一维纳米结构碳化钨的研究进展

摘    要:对一维纳米结构碳化钨的最新研究进展进行了综述。系统阐述了一维纳米结构(如纳米管、纳米棒、纳米线和纳米针)碳化钨的制备方法,包括催化气相沉积法、热分解法、磁控溅射法、温度程序反应法、爆炸式加热法和形状记忆法等,总结了一维纳米结构碳化钨的生长机理,探讨了目前存在的问题,并展望了未来的研究趋势。

Abstract:The research development of one-dimensional nano-structured tungsten carbide is reviewed.The production methods of one-dimensional nanostructured tungsten carbide,such as nano-tubes,nano-rods,nano-wires and nano-needles by catalytic chemical vapor deposition technique,thermal decomposition technique,magnetron sputtering technique,temperature-programmed reaction technique,eruptive heating technique,and shape memory technique respectively are systematically introduced.This paper summarizes the growth mechanisms and the problems involved in the existing synthesis methods.The research tendency is also forecasted.
