变频器故障与变频器工作原理

摘    要:
变频器性能稳定,运行故障相对较少,在行车交流调速中得到广泛应用。然而,变频器集成了计算机、微电子、电力电子、光缆等技术,结构复杂,产生故障后原因往往难以判断。而运用变频器工作原理处理故障,可使故障处理时间缩短,忽视变频器工作原理的运用,容易使故障扩大,使故障发生成为事故。

Abstract:
The frequency converter is widely used in the AC speed adjustable system because of its stable performance and less faults. However, when the converter is integrated with some technologies such as the computer, microeleetronics, power electronics and optical fibre cables, it becomes complicated in the structure, and then it' s difficult to identify the causes in case that it doesn' t work well. It' s important to handle the converter faults based on its working principles to shorten the downtime. Otherwise the fault will develop into an accident in case of any ignorance of the working principles.
