沥青混合料热再生配合比设计

摘    要:热再生沥青混合料的成分多且相互制约,故配合比设计比较复杂.结合吉林省路面老化的实际情况,通过试验分析了沥青路面材料的性状,提出了热再生沥青混合料配合比设计方法与过程.根据马歇尔实验法测得的数据,对热再生混合料的稳定度、流值、空隙率(VA)、密度、沥青饱和度(VFA)与沥青含量之间的关系进行分析,并最终确定最佳沥青用量.

Abstract:Hot recycled asphalt mixture is multi-component and constraints of each other,so the design of mixtures is more complex.Combine with the actual aging situation of Jilin road by test analysis of asphalt pavement material properties,put forward hot recycled asphalt mix design methods and processes.According to Marshall experiment data on Marshall Stability,flow value,volume of air voids(VA),density,voids illed with asphalt(VFA) and asphalt content analysis of the relationship between them,and determine the best asphalt content ultimately.
