摘    要:十三陵抽水蓄能电站自建成以来已运行多年,为掌握尾水隧洞混凝土衬砌的工作状况,需要对尾水隧洞进行全面检查。本文介绍了对1#和2#尾水隧洞混凝土质量进行无损检测的方法和检测结果,指出目前尾水隧洞存在的主要缺陷是衬砌混凝土出现了大量的环向和纵向裂缝,这些裂缝的存在,会影响混凝土的耐久性和隧洞的正常运行。本文提出了对这些裂缝的处理方案及主要材料特性,通过采用先进的高压灌浆设备和施工工艺,在较短时间内对尾水隧洞中部分较严重的裂缝进行了灌浆处理,取得了良好效果。对类似隧洞混凝土裂缝的防渗堵漏及补强加固具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to know the working situation of concrete liners of the tail-water tunnels of the Ming-tomb Pumped Storage Station,an all-round inspection has been conducted in No.1 and No.2 tunnels with non-destructive inspection.The authors introduced the methods and results of the inspection of concrete liners(quality,) and pointed out that the main defect of the liners is the existence of circumferential and longitudinal cracks.The cracks will affect the endurance and normal working of the tunnels.A scheme of crack treatment and corresponding material characteristics was presented.By adopting advanced equipment and construction technology of high-pressure grouting,treatment on the cracks of the liners was fulfilled in a short period,and good results were achieved.The experience may be used as reference in similar engineering practice for anti-seepage, water leakage clogging and strengthening of cracks in tunnel liners.
