摘    要:汽轮机组运行时,冲角的变化可能在叶栅流道内造成流动损失.因此有必要研究来流冲角的变化对涡轮叶栅内流动的影响.通过导向叶片进口气流与轴向偏转一10°,0°和10°建立三个工况.用ANSYS CFX流体动力学软件分别对三个工况进行数值仿真,结果发现仿真叶片的后加载特性具有很好的冲角适应性,在压力面和吸力面的大部分范围内冲角...

Abstract:The change of incidence angle may bring about flow loss, when steam turbine sets are working, so it is necessary to study the effects of inflow incidence on cascade aerodynamic performance. This artide adopted ANSYS CFX software to simulate cascade characteristics with -10°,0°and 10°incidence angle. The results of this simulation showed that aft - loaded characteristic of blade adapted to incidence angle well, the incidence angle didn't change surface pressure distribution within a large percent of pressure surface and suction surface, but the negative incidence reduced pressure loss, the positive incidence increased pressure loss.
