摘    要:介绍了新型多溢流复合斜孔塔板的特点,用Aspeen Plus模拟软件对原环氧乙烷吸收塔(EO塔)进行工艺模拟,提出旧塔改造方案。该方案经水力学公式核算的结果显示,改造后的EO塔处理能力增加了1.3倍,满足了装置扩能改造的要求。

Abstract:The characteristics of novel multi-spill composite tray with incline hole is introduced in the paper. An innovation scheme on the existing EO absorption tower is explored by simulating the tower with the software Aspen-Plus. The hydrodynamic calculation results show that the capacity of the existing absorption tower is increased by 1.3 times after innovation and satisfy the requirement of expansion of EO/EG plant.
