天然染料黄连的提取及对腈纶纤维的染色

摘    要:
以天然植物药黄连为具体研究对象,研究了黄连的提取工艺及黄连提取液的稳定性;探讨了黄连对腈纶纤维的染色性能及染色工艺。通过正交试验,确定了黄连提取的合适工艺为:浸泡60 min,提取2次,每次煎煮50 min,料液比为1∶100。吸收光谱及相应吸光度值的测定结果表明,黄连提取液对温度、光照、常见金属离子和一般酸碱环境的稳定性较好。用黄连提取液染腈纶纤维,通过正交试验确定了直接染色的最佳工艺条件,上染百分率和颜色特征值的测定结果说明,黄连对腈纶纤维在高温下有较好的上染性。
