高压密封接头设计与应用

针对采油设备潜油电泵井口密封在安装和使用过程中，出现留用于三相电缆密封的橡胶套、橡胶垫因压紧力不够造成井口密封失效或压紧力过大。破坏电缆绝缘性能，导致接地或放电，引起井口起火，影响电泵机组的正常工作和存在安全隐患等问题，在分析影响井口密封因素的基础上，研究设计用于高含气电泵井的电缆高压密封接头。在不更换采油树的情况下，可实现电泵采油工艺。改进了结构，提高了电缆的可靠性。防止高压洗井井口泄露，避免原电泵井口洗井出现的井口泄漏缺陷。可重复使用，本密封装置在上、下引接电缆长度允许情况下可重复使用，应用前景比较广阔。

The high-pressure sealed adapter design & applications

We research & design the cable high-pressure sealed adapter that used on the oil wellhead which is high-containing gas in base of the effect of wellhead seal factors. The factors during setting the wellhead for electrical submersible pump extracting oil such as below:the compaction strength ,the rubber-cover & rubber mat sealed three-phase cable on, is too high ,it will break cable insulation performance , affect electrical submersible pump(ESP)normal work, result in the three-phase cable touching ground or...
