摘    要:对比研究了不同工艺条件生产的P·II42.5R水泥与外加剂的相容性、不同水灰比条件下的胶砂强度、标准砂浆在不同养护条件下的干缩性能,以及配制相同工作性能与强度等级的混凝土时配合比与干缩性能的差异。结果表明,水泥与外加剂的相容性越好,胶砂强度越高,则配制相同工作性能与强度等级的混凝土时水泥与外加剂用量可以越少。本试验条件下,配制相同工作性能与强度等级的混凝土时,立窑水泥的总胶凝材料用量最大,从而导致立窑水泥配制的混凝土干缩最大。

Abstract:Performance of concrete prepared with cement manufactured by different production technology was studied, such as the compatibility of cement with chemical admixture, strength of standard mortar and its drying shrinkage under different curing condition, mix ratio and drying shrinkage of concrete with the same workability and strength grade. The result showed that the quantity of cement and chemical admixture can be reduced by preparing concrete with the same workability and strength grade if the cement was compatible with chemical admixture and had high strength. Under the condition of this experiment, concrete prepared with shaft kiln cement had the largest drying shrinkage because of the largest amount of cement.
