摘    要:膜技术是一项新兴的高效分离技术,为食品工业的发展发挥了重要的作用。在果蔬汁、乳制品、粮油加工和酿造工业、制糖工业中得到了广泛应用,并产生了巨大的经济效应和社会效应。

Abstract:As a new and highly efficient separation technology,membrane technology has played a very important role in the development of the food industry. It's widely applied in the processing of fruit and vegetable juices,dairy products,cereals and oils,beer brewing and sugar refining. The application of the technology in food processing has produced great economic and social benefits.
