| Abstract: | “Twelfth Five Year” plan clearly put forward the requirement of reasonable control energy consumption, the total control objectives and the decomposition of the implementation mechanism, this means that China＇s energy development strategy, energy intensity change from control to control the total energy consumption, to Jiangxi＇s economic and social development will have far-reaching effects. Through the national introduction of proper understanding and understanding to control the total energy consumption policy background, significance and main content, profound influence deeply expounded this major policy on Jiangxi economy society produced, and then puts forward the concrete measures and suggestions to actively control the total energy consumption, which has important practical significance and realization of Jiangxi tune structure and sustainable development. |
