Based on the arrangement of mills and the situation of equipment, Shoudu Iron and Steel Group Co. analyzes the feasibility that Chengde Iron and Steel Co. employs cutting rolling,then determines the pass system of cutting rolling, guide unit and its adjusting technology, and further develops the vertical crossing channel guide and auxiliary equipment suitable for the cutting of the alternately-arranged horizontal and vertical mills.
