| 摘 要： | 研制了一种油品分析专用的高分辨能量色散X-射线荧光硫测定仪，用以测定石油化工产品中的总硫含量。与当前主流分析方法紫外荧光法和微库仑法做了比较，取得了与两种方法相一致的分析结果准确度和重复性。该仪器操作简单、检测快速、结果准确、重复性好，检测限可达1．0mg／kg，完全可满足石化部门对各种油品化学品中总硫含量测定的需求。

| Abstract: | A high-performance instrument of determining total sulfur in petroleum and chemical products by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been developed.The experimental results indicated that this analyzer has a good consistency with the current ultraviolet fluorescence method and microcoulomb method in accuracy and precision. This method is simple,fast, exact and repeatable.The detection limit is 1.0mg/Kg.This analyzer can sufficiently satisfy the total sulfur determination request in petroleum and chemical products. |
