六辊轧机薄带轧制过程辊端压靠治理技术的开发

摘    要:针对六辊轧机薄带轧制过程中工作辊在板宽以外容易出现辊端压靠,以及压靠发生后影响产品板形与板厚控制精度、增加辊耗的问题,经大量现场试验与理论研究,并结合六辊轧机的设备与薄带轧制的工艺特点,从辊型曲线的优化设计入手,提出了一套适合于六辊轧机薄带轧制过程辊端压靠治理技术,有效治理了辊端压靠,提高了带材的厚度控制精度(或延伸率控制精度),同时改善了成品的板形质量,减轻了因中间辊窜动而引起的辊间压力分布不均匀、出现尖峰分布等因素带来的副作用,使轧辊使用寿命得到提高。相关技术已应用于某冷轧薄板厂1220UCM平整机组的生产,使用效果良好,具有进一步推广应用的价值。

Abstract:Work rollers are prone to kiss between the roller ends when six-roller mill rolls thin strips,which will decrease the accuracy of thickness and shape of the products and increase the consumption of rollers.From the characteristics of six-roller mill and rolling process of thin strip,a set of suitable techniques were proposed after a lot of field experiments and theoretical researches to solve the problem,beginning with the optimization of roller shape.Thus,the kiss between the roller ends was effectively avoided,the accuracy of thickness(or the accuracy of elongation) was improved,and the product quality of the shape was greatly improved.Moreover,the negative effects,such as the uneven distribution or even peaks of pressure between rollers caused by the axial endplay of the middle rollers,were reduced,and the service life of rollers became longer.Related technologies have been applied to the production practice of the 1220UCM Skin Pass Mill in a cold rolled thin strip factory,which has achieved good results and has further application value.
