摘    要:研究了可锻造铁基体中不同珠光体含量对工件整体韧性,硬度及耐磨性的影响,提供在铁素体基体可锻铸铁中增加珠光体组织的低温快速正火工艺,初步在输电网路中锻铸铁金具上进行增加珠光体以提高服役寿命的应用实践。

Abstract:A research is made for effections on the abrasion resistance, hardness and the complete workpiece ductility of the different contents of the pearlites being contained. In malleable base cast iron. The paper presents the fast normalizing technique under low temperature when the pearlite structures are increased in the ferrite base castiron. When these electric metal devices made up of this kind of malleable base cast iron having an increased amount of pearlites are used in the electric power network of transmission as an primary applying practice, they will increase their service life.
