摘    要:研究金属叠层制造中激光切割、电阻焊接和带料运动控制等关键工艺.以302不锈钢为成形材料进行切割实验表明,激光器功率为85 W,切割速度为190 mm/min时切割效果最优.通过焊接电流对比,结合焊接电流对接头质量定量变化和金相组织形貌变化考察,确定焊接电流为2 700 A时焊接效果最优.为确保焊接的精准性,探讨带料运动控制机械结构及速度控制要点.采用0.1 mm厚的302不锈钢焊接10层,进行3维金属实体成形实验,结果表明,所制造的金属零件层与层之间达到完全冶金结合,结合强度超过600 MPa,用该模具注塑的塑件表面尺寸精度和光洁度均达到使用要求.

Abstract:This paper presents a study of three main technologies of metallic laminated manufacturing,that is,laser cutting,resistance welding and material movement control.Conducted 302 stainless steel sheets of 0.1 mm in thickness as the laser cutting material,the statistical analysis of the experimental results show that a perfect cutting quality achieved under laser power is 85 W and cutting speed is 190 mm/min.By contrasting experiment with welding current combined with welding quality and microstructure morphology,a good welding quality achieved under the welding current is 2 700 A.The accuracy of the welding is obtained by the specific design of the machine and the speed of material movement.Based on the research above,rapid laminated manufacturing for metal parts is conducted.As a result the plastic rapid injection mold shows its strength to be more than 600 MPa.The surface of plastic product injected according to the mold reaches the standard in dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
