细纱胶辊的硬度分析和应变计算

摘    要:探讨细纱胶辊的硬度变化特点和应变特性.介绍了橡胶硬度的概念、测试方法及其与弹性模量的关系;分析了细纱胶辊使用中硬度变化的特点及原因;计算了细纱胶辊在不同套差时的内外圆周伸长率和径向压缩率.结果表明:胶辊的弹性模量取决于它的硬度;胶辊在磨砺和运转过程中,其硬度增加主要是热氧老化所造成的;胶辊圆周向和径向应变随着套差的增大而增大,导致胶辊使用性能下降.

Abstract:To discuss hardness change speciality and strain speciality of spinning top roller, concept of rubber hardness, relation between test method and elastic modulus were introduced, hardness change speciality and reason of spinning top roller in use were analyzed. Elongation of inner and outer circular and radial compression rate of difference roller difference were calculated. The result shows that roller elastic modulus is decided by its hardness, the increase of hardness is thermal oxidative in sharp grinding and operation. Circular strain and radial strain are increased with the increase of roller difference, and it can reduce roller property.
