粉煤灰对水溶液中2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚的吸附性能

摘    要:以工业废弃物粉煤灰为吸附剂,采用静态吸附法研究了粉煤灰对水溶液中2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚(DNBP)的吸附性能,考察了影响粉煤灰吸附性能的各种因素,并与活性炭对DNBP的吸附性能进行了对比。实验结果表明,减小粉煤灰颗粒大小和水溶液pH可提高DNBP的吸附量;粉煤灰对DNBP的吸附在120min时达到平衡;当吸附温度从20℃升至60℃时,DNBP的吸附量逐渐增大,当吸附温度高于60℃时,吸附量逐渐减小;当DNBP初始质量浓度低于29mg/L时,粉煤灰对DNBP的吸附性能优于活性炭,而当DNBP初始质量浓度高于29mg/L时,粉煤灰对DNBP的吸附量仍可达活性炭对DNBP吸附量的86.6%~98.2%。

Abstract:Adsorption of 2-sec-butyl-4,6-dinitrophenol(DNBP)in aqueous solution on waste fly-ash was investigated by static adsorption.Adsorbability of fly-ash was compared with that of activated carbon.Low pH of aqueous solution and small particle size of fly-ash are in favor of increasing amount of DNBP adsorbed.When adsorption temperature rises from 20 ℃ to 60 ℃,adsorbability of fly-ash is enhanced gradually but reduces when temperature further rises to above 60 ℃.Adsorbability of fly-ash is higher than that of activated carbon when initial mass concentration of DNBP in aqueous solution is lower than 29 mg/L,and still reaches 86.6%-98.2% that of activated carbon when initial mass concentration of DNBP in aqueous solution is higher than 29 mg/L.
