| 摘 要： | 将国家教育管理机构制定的教育管理规范和高等学校制定的教学质量保证体系标准建立成教学质量标准数据库,将在教学过程中获得的教学质量数据建立成教学状态数据库,根据教学质量标准数据库,对教学活动执行的质量按照量化标准进行分析和评估。分析和评估的结果可以指导教学活动,提高当前的教学质量,同时将评估结果数据保存在质量评估数据库中,作为以后评估的参考数据,将有助于提高教学质量管理的科学性、系统性和有效性。

| Abstract: | The paper creates the database of teaching quality standard according to both the standard of education management,estab-lished by national education management organization,and the standard of teaching quality assurance system,established by university.Then the paper creates the database of teaching status according to the teaching quality data achieved in teaching process,and also analyzes and assesses the quality of teaching activity according to teaching quality standard database,therefore uses the results to guide teaching ac-tivities in order to improve the current teaching quality.Meanwhile,in order to improve the scientificity,systematicity and effectiveness of teaching quality management,the assessment results should be saved in the quality assessment database for further reference. |
