摘    要:介绍了OFDM基带传输系统及其模型;概述LDPC的编译码方法,研究了其在OFDM系统中的性能,并与卷积码进行了比较。仿真表明,LDPC码在OFDM基带传输系统中具有更好的纠错能力。LDPC码可实现完全并行的编译码操作,译码简单,吞吐量大,因而将在下一代移动通信中得到广泛应用。

Abstract:In this paper an OFDM baseband transmission system and its model are introduced. The encoding and decoding methods of LDPC code are also described. The performance of the OFDM system based on LDPC code is further studied and compared with that of another OFDM system using convolutional code. As shown as the simulation results, the former has much stronger error correcting capability than the latter. Since LDPC code has advantages such as easy implementation of parallel encoding and decoding and simplicity in decoding algorithm, it will be widely used in next generation mobile communication system.
