摘    要:针对具有多性能退化数据的产品,提出了基于多性能退化数据的一般可靠性评估方法和步骤。以某高射机枪身管为研究对象,在对身管进行特性分析的基础上选取弹丸初速与内膛烧蚀磨损量为性能退化参数,开展试验并获取在一定条件下的性能退化数据。最后,应用多性能退化数据的可靠性评估方法对身管进行可靠性评估,得出了可靠度变化规律,并且分析了退化量之间的相关性对可靠度结果的影响。

Assessment of Life Reliability for Weapon Barrel by Multivariate Degradation Data

Abstract:This paper presents an universal reliability analysis method for products having multivariate deg- radation characteristic variable. Considered a caliber weapon barrel as the research object, based on the characteristics of weapon barrel, the muzzle velocity of projectile and the bore wear were selected as degra- dation parameters, and a related test was carried out to obtain the performance degradation data. The life reliability of weapon barrel was assessed by multivariate degradation data, and the analysis results gave the predicted reliability variation over time as well as the connection between the reliability and the correlation degree of different degradation data.
