| Abstract: | In this paper,we propose the definition of the high traffic area for GSM network.first,we analyse the characteristic of the high traffic area.Then,we discuss the network optimizing scheme of network architecture adjustment,frequency planing,carrier allocation,traffic balance,parameter adjustment.Finally,we propose the network optimizing suggestion for practical network construction and operation. |
