摘    要:
本文对一种在生产中使用的含镁铝电解质体系的温度、密度、导电度利用经验公式进行了论证。通过论证得出如能通过技术手段和管理手段对电解质中各成份含量进行精细控制,电解生产可以在较低温度下高效运行;该电解质体系和铝液的密度差在一些情况下较小,生产中注意提前调控;该电解质体系和低分子比高氟化钙电解质体系的导电度相当。

Abstract:
In the paper, based on experience function used for calculating liquidus temperature, density and electrical conductivity of aluminum electrolyte, effects of MgF_2 on cells operation and control were discussed. Proper technology and good management can lead to good control of bath composition when MgF_2 was added to the electrolyte. As a consequence, the cells can be operated at lower temperature and run at higher efficiency. In some cases, the density difference between melted aluminum and molten bath is so little that some measures have to be done to adjust the operation conditions ahead. This kind of electrolytes with MgF_2 has the same electrical conductivities with electrolytes of high excess of AlF3 and CaF_2.
