永磁同步伺服系统抑制转速波动的研究与实现

摘    要:在分析了永磁同步电机的数学模型及永磁同步伺服系统的电流环和速度环的基础上,设计了负载转矩观测器,对定子电流进行了补偿以抑制由负载转矩突变造成的转速波动。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下构建了永磁同步电机控制系统的仿真模型并进行实验。结果表明永磁同步伺服系统经补偿后转速特性得到了明显提高,有效的抑制了转速的波动。

Abstract:The mathematical model of the PMSM, and the current loop and speed loop of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system were discussed. Then, the load torque observer was designed. The stator current compensation is used to restrain the speed fluctuation caused by abrupt shift in load torque. The simulation model of the PMSM control system was built in MATLAB/Simulink, and some simulation experiments were conducted. The simulation results show that the speed characteristic improves obviously of the permanent magnet synchronous servo system after the compensation of the stator current, and the speed fluctuation is suppressed effectively.
