摘    要:针对压力变送器生产过程中对其综合静态性能的检测要求,利用高精度压力控制器和数据采集卡设计开发了一套高精度压力变送器综合性能测试系统。为提高系统的抗干扰能力,提出了新型递推滤波软件算法,保证获得数据的可靠性和稳定性。实验结果表明,该系统满足检测精度和生产节拍的要求,实现了综合性能的自动检测。

Abstract:A high precision comprehensive performance testing system which was capable of measuring comprehensive static performance of pressure transmitter was designed based on high precision pressure controller and data acquisition card.In order to improve the anti-interference ability of the system,the software algorithms of recursive filter was introduced to ensure the reliability and stability of the observed data.As the results of plenty of tests,the system ensures measurement precision and manufacture time,and completes automatically measurement of the comprehensive performance.
