基于神经网络的速度规划研究

摘    要:提出一种基于Hopfield神经网络的优化方法,以实现快速成形系统的速度规划,由此提高系统在允许轮廓误差范围内的加工效率,该方法对应的目标函数既包括表征加工效率的目标项,又考虑到系统的多个约束因素,如最大速度、最大加速度、最大加速度增量,以及允许轮廓误差,对Hop-field神经网络的基本稳定性进行了分析,给出了该方法的数字仿真结果。

Abstract:An dynamic optimization algorithm based on ANN (Artificial Neural Network) is described in this paper, whose purpose is to improve the efficiency of the RPM (Rapid Prototyping & Manufacturing) system within the acceptable contour error by velocity planning. Principal restriction factors such as maximum velocity, maximum acceleration, maximum acceleration increment and desired contour error are taken into account in order to perform an actual machining system. Some useful improvement suggestions for better convergence result have been presented after the analysis of the network stability. The simulation result of the network is also reported in the paper.
