CO_2浓度对煤焦燃烧及污染物排放特性影响的试验研究

摘    要:在热重分析仪上进行了燃烧特性试验,考察了CO2浓度对徐州烟煤及其煤焦燃烧特性的影响,并在固定床反应器上研究了CO2浓度对烟煤燃烧过程中气态污染物排放特性的影响.结果表明:在相同CO2浓度下,随着CO2浓度的提高,煤及煤焦的着火温度略有上升,燃尽温度明显升高,煤焦的燃尽时间显著延长;SO2排放浓度随时间增加呈双峰析出,其排放量随CO2浓度的提高而减少;NO排放量随CO2浓度的提高而减少;CO排放量随CO2浓度的提高而增加;当温度低于烟煤的燃尽温度时,CO2对煤焦的气化作用使CO排放量大幅增加.

Abstract:Effects of CO2 concentration on combustion and pollutant emission characteristics of Xuzhou bituminous coal and its char were studied respectively on a thermo-gravi metric analyzer and a fix bed reactor.Results showthat for the same O2concentration and with the rise of CO2 concentration,ignition temperatures of both the bituminous coal and its char increase slightly,while their burnout temperatures rise obviously and the burnout ti me of char delays noticeably;with the rise of CO2concentration,SO2 emission ...
