| 摘 要： | 本文讨论IPC工控机实现的转炉炼钢监控系统。项目对转炉吹炼过程中炉渣泡沫化程度及吹炼时间、枪位等工艺参数进行在线监控,进行喷溅和返干等非正常炉况的预报,指导操作人员进行炉前操作。

| Abstract: | The present IPC-based steelmaking supervision system is designed to conduct online control during blowing process. The technological parameters to be supervised include degree to which slag fosmed,blowing time ,position of blow pip etc..Besides,the system serves to forecast abnormal conditions like spitting,getting dry,according to the variation curve showing slagging process on the indicator. |
