摘    要:介绍了首钢在节约用水工作中采取的具体措施:污水处理厂的投用,使污水回用率达到70%;高炉煤气洗涤水外排水的利用、污水处理广回用水除盐站的建立,使污水回用率达到95%,新水补充量降低,吨钢耗新水也相应降低。改造措施取得了一定的经济效益、社会效益、环保效益。

Abstract:Actual measures adopted in water saving work of Shoudu Iron and Steel Company are presented. Commissioning of a effluent treatment plant makes effluent reusing rate reach 70%; Using of blast furnace scrubber water and establishment of the desalfing sta- tion for reusing water of the effluent treatment plant make effluent reusing rate reach 95%. Additional amount of fresh water decreases and fresh water consumption of steel/ton decreases correspondently. Implementation of the reconstruction measures has achieved certain economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit.
