啤酒分装厂生产废水处理技术研究

摘    要:以珠江啤酒集团梅州分装厂废水处理技术研究为例,介绍和总结了应用SBR法处理啤酒废水方案选择的依据、工艺流程、主要设计参数和实际处理效果。实践结果表明,工艺系统处理效果稳定,可达到排放标准;投资较低,运行费用较少,当SBR的运行周期为12h时,平均出水水质为:COD31.5~69.8mg/L,去除率达93%~97%;TN1.86~6.57mg/L,去除率达81%~94%;TP0.101~0.919mg/L,去除率达71%~95%。SBR工艺为处理啤酒生产废水及其他中等浓度有机废水提供了一条新的技术途径。

Abstract:Take the study of wastewater treatment technology of Meizhou Split-shipment Factory of Pearl River Beer Group for example, reference, technological process, main design parameter and operation effectiveness of selective program of Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) process to treating brew wastewater were introduced and summarized. The result of actual operation manifest that treatment effectiveness of the process was stable, which can reach the discharge standard. The process also had the feature of lower invest and lower operation cost. When the running cycle of the SBR was 12 h, the average quality of water effluent was as follows: COD 31.5-69.8 mg/L, removal ratio 93 %-97 %; TN 1.86-6.57 mg/L, removal ratio 81%-94 %; TP 0.101-0.919 mg/L, removal ratio 71%-95 %. The great applying prospects of SBR process can be seen in treating brew wastewater and other middling density organic wastewater.
