监理对消除高层建筑桩基持力层危害的监控及建议

摘    要:某高层建筑人工挖孔桩进入持力层施工监理中,发现桩端持力层承载力低且未做基底静载荷试验,会严重危害该高层建筑基础的安全。向业主发出停工建议,要求补充地质勘察和作静载荷试验据此调整设计,得到业主支持。经补充勘察和试验后,改变了持力层和修改了原桩基设计,从而消除了该高层建筑桩基持力层的危害,确保了高楼安全。

Abstract:In the supervision of a high buiding's artificial digging pile, while working into the bearing stratum, we found that end carrying capacity of the pile bearing stratum is lower than expected, and may seriously against the security of the high buiding basis. We send a suspension advice to owners, and request added a geological survey, after that,modify the design, and do the related trial. The owners support the move. After added geological survey and adjusted the design and done the related trial, the designer have changed the bearing stratum, and excluded the harmfness of the bearing stratum. It ensures the security of the buiding.
