| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着科技和经济的发展,我国纺织染整行业发展迅猛,在国民经济和社会发展中起到越来越重要的作用.在纺织品染整工序中,纱线干燥是纱线染整过程中的重要工序,纱线干燥效果直接影响到纱线颜色、纱线强度、纱线蓬松度等产品特性和产品质量.因此,纱线干燥技术日益成为纺织染整行业的研究热点和重点.

The Research on Microwave Drying Processing of Viscose Yarn |

| Abstract: | The microwave drying is a potential new drying technology, which has many advantages such as high efficiency, uniform drying. The article described the new technology of drying viscose yarn with microwave dryer. The effect of microwave drying time and roll position on the moisture content of yarn was studied. Moreover, the drying capacity of microwave dryer was discussed, which will provide research foundation for the microwave drying technology applied in dyeing & finishing industry. |
